Individualized Treatment

Examples of Programs:

  • PWR! Moves-  research based neuroplastic exercises developed by Dr. Becky Farley to specifically target the motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's Disease

  • Pole Walking- uses nordic walking poles to help with full body movement and helps with improved arm swing, balance and increased step length

  • Nutrition- education on optimal diet to help minimize motor and non-motor symptoms and allow for improved health and function

  • Anti-Freezing- strategies to help minimize freezing episodes and overcome the difficulties of walking through narrow spaces in your home and public facilities

  • Balance and Agility- exercises specifically focused to help with balance reactions. We incorporate the PWR! Moves to functional activities and challenge you in a safe environment

“Angee Ludwa has worked with me for more than 2 years, first as a physical therapist, then leading a Parkinson’s exercise class and now at my home assisting me with Parkinson’s exercises. Her enthusiasm and encouragement enable me to put more energy in what would otherwise be a boring activity. Her ability to create new exercises each session keep me motivated.”
