Personal Training- Personal Training maybe the right option for you if you are relatively active but feel like you need a little more guidance and motivation to push yourself. 

What to expect

    -consists of a 60 minute one-on-one evaluation from a physical therapist

    -review pertinent medical history and go over nutrition, sleep and current exercise regime 

    -scheduling typically can range from 1-2 days a week for 6 weeks

    -After you have completed your sessions you can graduate or you always have the option to renew for continued motivation to keep moving!
